Recently, one paper written by our company was published on the journal of Coating & Protection, the 9^th issue of Vol. 40 in 2019. The paper’s title is “Application of Environment-friendly Flash Rust Inhibitors in Waterborne Anticorrosion Coating”. The abstract is as follows.

Abstract: One novel environment friendly flash rust inhibitor (having no nitrites) was studied on its application in waterborne industry anticorrosive coating based on acrylic emulsion. In comparison with flash rust inhibitor (FRI)containing nitrite, this new FRI exhibits comparative capability of flash rust inhibition. The effect of different FRIs on salt spray test was also investigated. The results indicate the coating film using environment-friendly FRI has better performance than other coating films using FRI with nitrite in salt spray test. In summary, the new FRI provides one feasible option for the environment friendly coating formulations that require no nontoxic substance.
